                                    Gujarat an Industrially well developed state of India which can withstand again and again after a number of natural disaster.             Unfortunately, after the earthquake occurred in 2000 which trembled this state with a total destructions forced government authorities to prepare very strict quality regulations for this Industry. Since the builders who are in an unorganized, organized by Aum Project Developers Pvt. Ltd.  providing all infrastructures, qualified engineers, all technical and financial guidelines to Real Estate Developers. Aum Project Developers Pvt. Ltd. Was incorporated on 21/06/2006.

Changing the face of Townships and Industries


In the late seventies, a Group was born from the dynamic vision of Mr. Ashwin I. Patel  and Mr. Chhabria Madhur who started with an initiative through a foray in the Real Estate development.

Recognizing the acute shortage of housing for middle and low income groups, the Group undertook development in Ahmedabda and Mehsana. Successful development of these prestigious projects made the Group a force to reckon with.

Notwithstanding the pursuit of its business goals, the Group felt the need to strike a balance and give back to society in some measure.

Mihir Corporation had early an association of 9 groups who had completed a number of constructions who overcame with the disastrous earthquake in 2000.


 First Project of the AUM CO. is “AUM CITY” which acquired 165 hector land in posh locality in Gjuajrat State Industrial Capital ‘Ahmedabad’.

Mihir Corporation was established on 15th January, 2005 as a partnership firm with an object to undertake ambitious construction projets. The firm belongs to a group of establishments engaged in construction activities since 1968. The group has undertaken various prestigious projects in the past.

            All the partners belong to the same family.  Ishwarbhai, Ashwinbhai and Kiritbhai have vast experience in the construction activities. Ishwarbhai is the founder of the group and is involved in construction activities since 1968. Kiritbhai is involved in the business since 1975. His is a Pharmacy graduate. Under their leader ship the group has executed many prestigious projects in the past with total client satisfaction.

WORK FORCE :                       The firm has good number of qualified professional in employment that look after the projects under the guidance of the management team.

Firm employs the services of well renowned architecturl outfits of Ahmedabad and are having vast experience in their respective fields.

            In addition to above the firm employs qualified engineers and other professionals to execute the projects.

The conversion of back home activity to back office activities was really smooth. The unprecedented progess, success and prosperity of the partnership became only possible in a short-time through sheer hard labour, transparency in dealing with done and all, sincerely maintaining quality of work and strictly adhering to the motto of “Work is Workship”.


a)      Hastinagar Society this was the first project of the group undertaken in the year 1968 at Chandkheda Ahmedabad. The project involved construction of 235 tenaments at a total cost of Rs. 10 Crores.

b)      Tejendra Nagar this project involved construction of 250 tenaments at Bapu Nagar Ahmedabad of a total cost of Rs. 15 crores.

c)      Tejandra Vihar, this project involved construction of 230 tenaments at Bapu Nagar, Ahmedabad of a total cost of Rs. 18 crores.

d)      Tejandra Prakash this project involved construction of 238 tenaments at Bapu Nagar, Ahmedabad of a total cost of Rs. 20 crores.

e)      Tapovan Society this projet involved construction of 225 tenaments at Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad of a total cost of 20 crores.

f)       Adhunik Park 1 and 2, this project involved construction of 225 tenaments at Satellite, Ahmedabad,  of a total cost of 15 crores.

New Surya Narayan Society, this project involved construction of 106 twin bungalows at Ghatlodia at a total cost of Rs. 15 crores.

  1. C.P. Colony Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. Part 1 and 2 this project involved construction of 387 tenaments at Ghatlodia Road, C.P.Nagar, Ahmedabad at a total cost of 25 crores.

 Shanti Corporation :

            Shaym Satadhar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., this project involved construction of 282 tenaments at Sola Road, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad at a total cost of 20 crores.

Ishwar Corporation :

Sathadhar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (Satadhar Complex). This project involved construction of 198 flats, 44 Duplex Houses and 64 shops and offices at Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, at a cost of Rs. 24 Crores.

Ishwar Estate Developers :

             Ishwar Krupa Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (Ishwar Krupa Tenaments), this project involved construction of 202 tenaments at Kalyanpura, Kalol, Ahmedabad at a total cost of Rs. 15 crore.
